Returns
Our refund policy is 10 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are intimate, bodysuits or eyelashes. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email when your merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit to post to your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note: You cannot exchange items online. If you prefer items in another color, or size, just return the items you don’t like and place a new order on Aisharivera.clothing
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@aisharivera.clothing and send your item to: 625 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139.
Shipping:
Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS, , , . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 625 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PayPal:
If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
